Terms of Service — Big Blu's

1. Who we are

Big Blu's LLC and Big Blu's Fencing LLC ("Big Blu's", "we", "us") operate this website and provide fencing, parking lot striping, snow removal, and deck construction services in Colorado.

2. Quotes & estimates

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on on-site measurements, material availability, or scope changes you request.

3. Scheduling & cancellations

We schedule work after a signed estimate and any agreed deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled start may be subject to material restocking fees.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified on each estimate. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Colorado law.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied for one (1) year from completion. Material warranties pass through from the manufacturer. Warranty excludes damage from weather, ground movement, vandalism, vehicle impact, or normal wear.

6. Property access

You confirm you are the owner or authorized agent of the property, that utility lines have been marked (call 811), and that we have permission to access the work area during normal business hours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Communications

By submitting a contact form or providing your phone number, you agree to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS regarding your project. See our SMS Policy and Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
